For men · Real talk · A little mischief

The Cheeky
Counsellor

A space just for men to get things off their chest. No judgement, no awkwardness — just an honest chat with Jess, a fresh perspective and maybe a laugh along the way.

01 / Sound familiar?

Blokes, got something on your mind?

Stress at work? Relationship worries? Feeling lonely, burnt out or just not yourself? You don't have to bottle it up or know where to start. Jess offers men a relaxed, one-to-one conversation where you can speak freely and be heard.

You don't need a crisis or a perfect opening line. If something's on your mind, that's reason enough to talk.
02 / About

A different kind of space for men.

Some men find it easier to open up when the conversation feels natural, not clinical. Whether it’s pressure, confidence, relationships or simply needing someone outside your circle to listen, this is your chance to speak honestly, feel heard and look at things from a different angle.

No lectures. No judgement. No need to put on a brave face. Just you, Jess and a conversation on your terms.

“Sometimes the best advice comes with a raised eyebrow.”
03 / Meet Jess

Meet Jess.

Jess brings real-world experience, warmth and a down-to-earth approach to conversations about life, confidence, relationships, mindset and mental wellbeing.

She has built and run businesses, travelled the world, raised a family and spent years connecting with people from all walks of life. With more than one million followers across social media, Jess has seen first-hand how often people are looking for something simple but important: a place to talk, feel heard and be themselves.

The Cheeky Counsellor grew from that idea — a relaxed, informal space for men who may not want a traditional or clinical-feeling conversation, but still value connection, perspective and support.
